Group Exercise
Ready, Sweat, Go!
Break a sweat, chat with a friend, relax your mind, challenge your body, or reconnect and recharge! Hundreds of free classes are offered weekly for members. We promise to help support you through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. We offer land and water group exercise classes for those who enjoy the encouragement of instructors and classmates, as well as one-on-one for those preferring a more personal setting.
Members can also reserve our Harborview Studio and press play on any of our FREE Fitness on Demand classes so you can workout on your own schedule.

GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE APRIL 4, 2021
To keep members socially distanced in group exercise classes, we have implemented several safety measures:
Create Space - Each member is provided a space of at least 6 feet
Floor Markers - Markers on the floor to designate the center of their space
Clean Equipment - Staff clean equipment prior to each workout
