Winter Youth Sport Programs

Dodgeball League

Kids, been sitting in a desk all day, need to blow off some steam? Come throw some dodgeballs and get active.  Timed games, everyone gets equal play.

Kindersports (Ages 3-6)

An assortment of sports for children ages 3-6 that is changed weekly. Each week the instructor breaks down the fundamentals of one sport and has participants practice and play games.

Rookie Basketball (Ages 4-7)

Introduction to the sport of basketball. Children will learn the basics from passing to dribbling and shooting. Children will practice the first half of program then play games the last four weeks on Saturday’s.

Intermediate Basketball (Ages 8-12)

Kids in this advanced level class will build upon the basic skills that were learned in the Rookie Class as well as other basketball skills such as pivoting, rebounding, etc. Kids will also play controlled games beginning in week 4 on Saturday’s.

Coed Strength Training (Ages 9-19)

Safe exercise environment for youth to learn to use different pieces of strength equipment.

Speed & Agility Training (Ages 9-19)

Works on youth foot speed, hand speed and overall agility. Differs from strength training because it is more so cardio based.

Sports Sampler (Ages 5-8)

An assortment of games in groups where parents and children play the same sport. They will learn the different rules and fundamentals with each given sport/activity that will vary week to week.

Indoor Soccer (Ages 4-10)

Indoor soccer is a great way to stay active during the cold winter months, children will learn how to kick, pass and play some games of soccer.  Little to no experience is needed for this indoor class!

Indoor T-ball (Ages 6-10)

Indoor T-Ball is a great class to develop hand eye coordination, and other basic skills that help a child grow as an athlete.  Held in the tennis courts, during winter, it is a great opportunity to get extra practice hitting, catching, throwing and fielding.

Indoor Football (Ages 4-10)

Indoor flag football is a great way to stay active during the cold winter months, children will learn how to catch, run, throw and play some games of flag football.  Little to no experience is needed for this indoor class.

Toddler Time (Ages 1-3)

Let your little learners develop through interactive games, play and music! PARENT INVOLVEMENT IS A MUST to participate in this class.

Intro to Volleyball (Ages 7-10)

An all-girls class to develop basic skills and understanding of volleyball.  Learn the rules, techniques, and skills to have fun playing volleyball for beginners with little to no experience.

Mariners Football Camp (Ages 6-12)

Football Camp instructed by Manitowoc County Mariners Football Team under direction of Coach Marcus Alfaro. They will focus on fundamentals but most importantly how to be a great teammate and having fun!
