The main "sets" in this plan are designed to be completed after a warm-up of your choice. You should also complete a cool-down when wrapping up the workout. Can only complete one workout per day, no more than three each week. Put your completed form in the bucket for weekly prizes! Challenge runs December 1 through December 31.
