POP-UP CLASS: Family Laugh Yoga

Laughter yoga uses playful movement and breathing exercises to encourage laughter. It is designed to bring out your inner child and promote joy.

We will start off doing some breathing exercises, giving the kids and adults tools to use when they are feeling angry, anxious or feeling stressed, then we will move around playing and doing some laughing exercises. If you feel like you can't laugh, you just fake it till you make it. The session will end with a few minutes of relaxation to calm down.

Free for Members! Nonmembers may purchase a family day pass to attend.
